What we collect

Purchase and delivery information

When you purchase PhonePCTransfer, we may process your email address, order or payment reference details, product details, amount, currency, download link information, and download expiry information.

License information

We may store your license key, related order reference, email address, issue date, expiry information if applicable, verification timestamps, and transfer history.

App-generated device identifier

The licensing system uses a random app-generated device ID to help bind, verify, and transfer a license. This identifier is generated by the app and stored locally. It is not a hardware fingerprint and is not derived from serial numbers, MAC addresses, motherboard IDs, CPU IDs, disk IDs, or similar system identifiers.

Transfer and security information

If you request a license transfer, we may process the current license key, current device ID, target device ID, transfer code, transfer code expiry, and transfer-related timestamps.

Basic web request metadata

Like most online services, our infrastructure may receive standard request information such as IP address, request time, and basic browser or network details needed to operate and protect the service.

What the licensing system is not designed to collect

No Windows username as part of license verification
No computer name as part of license verification
No MAC address as part of license verification
No motherboard, CPU, or disk serial identifiers
No installed app list
No file paths, library contents, or user file listings as part of licensing

Temporary transfer codes and short-lived download links are intended to expire automatically after their configured validity period.
